It will not take effect until signed, sealed and witnessed by both parties No alteration of terms may be made without the written agreement of both parties, which shall  be appended to this  document.<\/p>\n<p>1. The HoY undertakes to exchange coins of the city of Sais with  those of the City of Besnitt at parity.<br \/>\n2. The city of Sais undertakes to exchange its coins with those of the City of Besnitt at parity.<br \/>\n3.
